By booking an appointment with The Goddess Haus, you agree to the following policies. Please arrive on time and with clean, makeup-free lashes/eyes for lash services. Caffeine before your appointment is discouraged to help minimize eye movement and ensure the best results. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100%. Lash fill pricing is based on the amount of work and time required at your appointment; appointments requiring more than the standard one-hour fill time due to excessive lash loss, extended time between fills, or other retention issues may be upgraded to an extended fill and charged accordingly. Please arrive without children or additional guests unless approved beforehand. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and understand that fees are necessary to protect the time reserved specifically for you.
